1.Introduction

3.Account Eligibility

4.Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the toto717 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred currency (MYR).

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. toto717 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly limited to one (1) active account on the toto717 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. toto717 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and permanently ban the User from the Platform.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall be solely responsible for all such activity. You must notify toto717 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.5 KYC Verification

toto717 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5.Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The toto717 Platform and all Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating any form of betting exchange, syndicate, or arbitrage service.

5.2 Access and Availability

toto717 shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous availability of the Platform; however, we do not warrant uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. toto717 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

5.3 Software and Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, operating system, and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to use the Platform. toto717 is not responsible for any losses arising from connection failures, device malfunctions, or software incompatibilities on the User's end.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on toto717 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

6.Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

toto717 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20 and ERC20), and BNB.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via FPX may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15 to 60 minutes.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally begin at MYR 30 for e-wallets and MYR 50 for bank transfers. Specific minimum and maximum limits are displayed on the deposit page for each payment method and are subject to change at toto717's discretion.

6.4 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited into your toto717 account must belong to you personally and originate from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits made on behalf of another person or using third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited. toto717 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.

6.5 Deposit Fees

toto717 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment processors or banks may apply their own fees, over which toto717 has no control. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network fees, which are the sole responsibility of the User.

7.Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your toto717 account, you must have completed KYC verification, met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus, and have a verified payment method on file. Your account must be in good standing with no pending security reviews or investigations.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

toto717 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following target timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are target processing times and not guaranteed guarantees. Unusual circumstances, including enhanced verification requirements, may extend processing times.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account's Cashier section. toto717 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its reasonable discretion, particularly for amounts significantly exceeding standard transaction volumes.

7.4 Withdrawal Verification

toto717 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above certain thresholds. This is a standard security and anti-money laundering (AML) measure applied consistently to all Users.

7.5 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative verified method may be used upon approval by the toto717 compliance team.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Bonus Eligibility and Acceptance

All bonuses and promotions offered by toto717 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are stated at the time of each offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agree to all applicable bonus-specific terms, which supplement and form part of these general Terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by toto717 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires MYR 2,500 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

toto717 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting or low-risk wagers to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or any other behaviour deemed by toto717 to constitute abuse of the bonus system. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and promotional offers have a validity period, after which they expire if wagering requirements have not been met. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance. Expiry periods are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

8.5 toto717's Discretion

toto717 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus programme at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. toto717 further reserves the right to exclude any User from a specific promotion for legitimate operational or compliance reasons.

9.Gameplay Rules

9.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the toto717 Platform are governed by random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by certified physical game mechanics overseen by qualified dealers. Game outcomes are determined by these mechanisms and cannot be influenced by toto717 or any other party after a game round has commenced.

9.2 Void Bets and Error Resolution

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error that results in a game outcome being materially affected, toto717 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User. toto717 shall not be liable for any expected winnings arising from such erroneous transactions. Decisions made by toto717 regarding void bets are final.

9.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on toto717 are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to the relevant event. In the event of a dispute arising from the outcome of a sporting event, toto717's ruling, based on official results from recognised governing bodies, shall be final and binding.

9.4 Responsible Gameplay

10.Responsible Gambling

11.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto717 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through the use of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with toto717.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other tool to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in relation to the Games or Sports Betting.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, programming error, or technical fault in the Platform for personal gain.
• Using proceeds from criminal activity to fund your toto717 account (money laundering).
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Platform or its associated systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward toto717 staff or other Users.

12.Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 toto717's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

toto717 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, for any of the following reasons (without limitation): breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraudulent activity; compliance with applicable laws or regulatory obligations; or at toto717's reasonable discretion for operational or risk management purposes.

12.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the toto717 support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. toto717 may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive accounts, details of which will be communicated to the account holder via the registered email address prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance following the inactivity period may be archived at toto717's discretion.

13.Intellectual Property

All content on the toto717 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game titles, graphics, text, user interface design, and data compilations, is the proprietary intellectual property of toto717 or is licensed to toto717 by third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of toto717.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto717, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

toto717's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your toto717 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

toto717 does not exclude or limit its liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15.Amendments to Terms

toto717 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, toto717 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or an on-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

16.Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which toto717 operates, as determined by the Platform's operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and toto717 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or arbitration body as determined by toto717's operational jurisdiction.
